Job description:
- Create and implement HR strategies that are in line with the overall annual business strategy
- Create and run SOP for employee recruitment from start to finish
- Create job responsibilities (job descriptions) for all levels of employees to be reviewed by the Board of Directors
- Make employee regulations and monitor the compliance of each employee on a daily basis
- Conduct training for new employees and provide development materials for existing employees
- Regularly review all employees, both quarterly and annually to ensure that employees meet management and departmental expectations
- Plan and execute employee motivation programs and maintain harmonious relations between employees
- Assessing KPIs for all employees
- Prepare and manage all employee work agreements
- Prepare/manage/and review all types of legal agreements/legal letters for the company
- Representing the company to attend external legal affairs whose strategy will be discussed together and at the decision of the Board of Directors
- Reviewing the attendance recapitulation of all employees and calculating the wages that need to be given or deducted from employees

- HR activities include Organizational Structure, Recruitment, Employee Database, Payroll, Wage Structure & Scale, Training, K3, Industrial Relations, Relations with External Parties (Disnaker, Police, BPJS Health & BPJSTK).

- Reporting employee exit/entry data in the BPJS Health & BPJS Employment system
- Monitor and evaluate employee performance and discipline
- Familiar in managing & analyzing employee KPI calculations
- Ensure attendance reports for the operational team (technicians and sales) in the Attendance system
- Monitor and analyze employee turnover figures per month and per year
- Publishing and announcing internal company memos
- Ensure that the office environment is comfortable and that K3 is well implemented
- Ensure that HRD administrations are well organized and neat
Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years experience as HRD & Legal Manager
- Preferably domiciled in Bekasi
- Have a good way of thinking and understand the role of HRD and Legal
- Understand the Manpower Act and be able to use psychological test tools and be able to interpret them
- Mastering computer systems (Excel & Other MS.Office)
- Understanding of the company's Legal affairs
- Good time management & have a high level of accuracy
- Have a leadership spirit, assertive, authoritative, polite, hardworking, adaptable, able to work under pressure, trustworthy, mature and responsible for work
- Have good interpersonal, negotiation & skill skills, have high discipline and be able to work individually and in a team
